Submit Bugs & Issues

Users, designers and developers can report any bugs or issues encountered when using Heurist (or feature requests/enhancements etc.) to the ACL development team through either:*

• Bug Reporter. A Heurist dialog for reporting.
• Issues Web page. An external page on the Heurist web site for reporting. For instance, if you cannot access Heurist.

Bug Reporter

To report a bug, issue or request

1. Click on the Bug Reporter icon at the top of the Heurist screen:

The Bug report / feature request dialog displays:

1. Complete the details as required.
2. When complete, click Send to Heurist Development Team.

Your bugs/issues are transferred to the Bug Tracking System for investigation and resolution.

1. Navigate to this web page:issues webpage.*
2. Complete the following form

1. Click Submit issue.
