'Notice is hereby given, that the PARTNERSHIP heretofore submitting between Henry Simon Davis and James Alexander Thwaites, carrying on the profession and practice of dentists, at 279 Carlisle street, Balaclava, and 354 Glenferrie road, Hawthorn, under the style or firm name of Davis and Thwaites, has been DISSOLVED by mutual consent as from the twenty-ninth day of April 1940. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said James Alexander Thwaites, who will continue to carry on the said business.'
