'Notice is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Walter Alexander Macpherson, Alan John Macpherson, and Leslie Mitchell Macpherson, in respect of the pastoral property known as Paika, near Balranald, in New South Wales, under the style or firm of Macpherson Brothers, has been dissolved so far as relates to the said Leslie Mitchell Macpherson, and the business will henceforth be carried on by the said Walter Alexander Macpherson and Alan John Macpherson solely, who will pay and discharge all debts owing by, and receive all moneys owing to, the said firm.
