Short description
Began as Trinity Hill School. Name changed to Elizabeth Street School in 1911. The Infant School remained in Church St and the Primary School went to a new building in Elizabeth Street. It was also a Teachers' Practising School and later encompassed High School Subjects. In 1966 the school returned to Church St and the Trinity Hill name. Elizabeth High School became the Elizabeth Matriculation College in 1968.
