Short description
E J Stuckey had enlisted in 1916 with the Royal Army Medical Corps whilst he was living in England as 2nd Lieutenant in charge of one of the Chinese Labour Battalions. He had worked in China since 1905 for the London Missionary Society. He subsequently served in France and Flanders.
E J Stuckey was promoted to temporary captain in 1918 and temporary major in 1919.
