L.W. Linn first enlisted with the AIF in 1915 but after 55 days was discharged to continue his medical studies. He re-enlisted in March 1918 when he was in his 5th year of study.
he spent 5 years with the AAMC in the Citizen Forces. He was not called up for overseas service.
