Short summary
Twelve bursaries were offered annually and exempted the holder from all fees payable to the University of Adelaide. They were open for competition by candidates under 19 years of age and who had resided in South Australia for the whole year in which they competed. They were awarded to those deemed to be of sufficient merit.
