In 1913, Mr RH Mcbride started a course in Agricultural Science at Roseworthy Agricultural College but he left before he could complete his studies in 1915 to serve in the AIF during the Great War.
Reginald Hilary McBride began studies for a Diploma in Agriculture in 1913. In 1915 he disrupted his studies to serve in the army. He returned to Australia in 1918 but did not resume his studies. He began a career spanning a few decades in the motor car industry.
