M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 1st March, 1917, and sailing 5th May, served on depot duty in England for four months. Was then with 14th Australian Field Ambulance in France for four months, R.M.O. 55th Battn. two months, and of 5th Machine Gun Battn. until the Armistice. Then was Senior House Surgeon, Croydon General Hospital, Surrey, till 10th July, 1920, returning in September. Early education at Sydney High School.
