BROUGHTON, GEORGE EDWARD. 1893.
Hamilton College; Trinity; LL.B.; College X L; rowing blue.
After graduating and serving articles went back to the land in Western District. May 1916; sailed July 1916, Dvr. 3rd D.A.C.; in camp at Lark Hill till November, but owing to the severe winter became ill, and was six weeks in convalescent camp. On 2nd February 1917 he went into Tidworth Military Hospital with pneumonia, and died there on 6th February. He is buried in St. Leonard's parish churchyard, Bulford.
