8.3.17, Gunner Artillery rfts.; sailed 9.11.17; went to France with No. 1 Section 4th D.A.C.; in August 1918 joined 10th F.A.B. and took part in the great advance. On 13th October 1918 he was wounded at Busigny in the waggon lines, and died the same day.
