M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England. Enlisting 19th January, 1918, and sailing 2nd March, joined A.A.M.C. Training Depot, Salisbury Plain, and met with an accident when out riding near Hurdcott Camp 30th June, while awaiting a draft for France. Died of Injuries, Fovant Military Hospital, 30th June, 1918, and was buried at Compton Chamberlayne Village Cemetery. Horn Scholar I and II. Early education at Dubbo District School (Dux two years). Later at St. Andrew's College.
