M.P.S., Pharmacy : Staff-Sergeant, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting n th September, 1915, in 5th Battn. Reinforcements, transferred to A.A.M.C. 7th March, 1916, and, sailing 11th May, served with 9th Australian Field Ambulance in every engagement until demobilisation, being in charge of control and distribution of all medical and surgical supplies for 3rd and 4th Divisions in Battle of Messines. Early education at Grafton Superior Public School.
