F. N. Le Messurier was a Member of the Faculty of Medicine at Adelaide University for many years. He introduced lactic acid milk feeding of infants in Adelaide after a trip to St. Louis, U.S.A. in the 1920s.
He was the first Specialist Paediatrician to practise in Adelaide.
