Enlisting 8th March, 1917, and sailing 5th November, joined unit in France 8th March, 1918, and served continuously until demobilisation at Ouderdom, Hazebrouck (15th Army Corps Light Ammunition Dump), Cerisy (Chalky Road Dump), Hamelet, then with the Americans after the Advance of 29th September, and later at H.Q. Early education at Mosman Preparatory and Sydney Church of England Grammar Schools.
