M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Gallipoli and France. Enlisting in April, 1915, and sailing 12th June, served at No. 1 Australian General Hospital and with 1st Australian Field Ambulance at Lemnos, Gallipoli and then in France until wounded 19th August, 1916, at an advanced dressing station near Pozifefes. Died of Wounds, 22nd August, 1916, and was buried at Gezaincourt Communal Cemetery Extension. Member of S.U. Scouts. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
