Users, designers and developers can report any bugs or issues encountered when using Heurist, or send feature requests and enhancements etc., to the Heurist development team through the Bug Reporter. (You can also send general queries to the Heurist Team via the Contact page on the Heurist Network Web Site.)

The Bug Reporter is available from Help | Bug Report, and from the Data Entry Screen:

Complete the details (sufficient to recreate any issue if possible) as required. Use the Screenshot option to upload any supporting images. When complete, click:

Your details are transferred to the Bug Tracking System for investigation and resolution.
