'To be a Substitute to perform the duty and exercise the power of His Honour Judge Woinarski (absent on leave) as a Chairman of General Sessions (Justices Act 1928, section 182). To have effect from the 10th December, 1935, to the rising of the Court in December, 1935, for the long vacation.'
