In 1910, Mr Sangster was allotted (bought) 250 acres of land at Koonoona Estate. He probably kept this land until he bought an allotment in East Mingary in 1920. He kept a sheep farm at his station at Tepco, Mingary till well into the 1950s which is the limit of the digitised newspapers on TROVE database.
