HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the provisions of section 8 (1) of the Workmen's Compensation (Broken Hill) Act, 1920 1942, has approved that Dr. Albert Oscar Vincent Tymms be appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Medical Authority constituted under the above Act, with fees at the rate of £1 1s. per day whilst in Broken Hill.
