Thomas Lester Griffiths was admitted to the bar in 1914, he was appointed to the land titles Department upon graduation. By Easter 1916, he was appointed managing clerk for Hayward and Magarey, solicitors of Adelaide. He later went into private practice. Among the firms he represented was CML Building.
