Med II. His surname and initials are listed in the back of the Book of Remembrance in the Non-Combatant section, as a member of the Company who volunteered for active service with the A.I.F., but was classified medically unfit. He served in WW2 as a Captain in the Australian Army Medical Corps. First in a Field Ambulance Unit and then on hospital ships bringing the wounded back to Australia.He was killed on the hospital ship Centaur when it was sunk by a Japanese submarine in May 1943.
