A C Wilton was registered with the Medical Board of South Australia in 1911. He was a Resident Medical Officer at the Adelaide Hospital in 1912. Subsequently, he had a medical practice at Redhill, South Australia, before he moved to Kent Town, in Adelaide by the time of his marriage in 1914.
After returning from service in World War I, A C Wilton took up a medical practice in Clarendon where he appears to have remained until his death.
