Edward V Clark graduated in Science in 1895 and three years later won the Angas Engineering Scholarship. He was a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering at the University of Adelaide from 1910 to
1944 and Chairman of the SA Division of the Institution of Engineers of Australia in 1925. He served in World War I as a Lieutenant in the 15th Field Engineers and later as a Captain in the Education
Service of the AIF.  Former colleagues said of him that Mr Clark had trained a whole generation
of electrical engineers in Adelaide.
