2nd class in Medicine and Gynaecol.; captain of school XL; represented College in cricket, football, and rowing; Resident Surgeon, Melbourne Hospital, 1915.
30.5.16, A.A.M.C., Capt. attached 3rd Pnr. Btn.; sailed 6.6.16; R.M.O. 41st Btn. about September 1917; served in England and France, and was on duty in battles at Ypres and Passchendaele.
On 4th October 1917 he was killed in action at Passchendaele.
