28.5.17, A.A.M.C., Capt.; sailed 4.8.17; camp duties at Tidworth; France with 2nd Anzac Mtd. Regt., 53rd B.G.H., and 2nd A.G.H. In April 1918 in hospital with jaundice, and taken to No. 4 A.A.H. in May. Invalided home, and died on the voyage on 24th August 1918.
