September 1915, A.A.M.C. Capt, attached 3rd D.A.C.; served in 1916 with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Fld. Ambs., and at the time of his death was R.M.O. to 10th Btn. Saw service in Egypt and France, and on 18th September 1918 was instantaneously killed by a shell at Jeancourt.
