M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F.; also A.N. and M.E.F., New Guinea. Enlisting for Home Service 16th October, 1916, served at Garrison Hospital and No. 4 Australian General Hospital, Randwick, till June, 1918. Then enlisted for New Guinea, sailing on 13th and on return joined A.I.F. and was appointed M.O. hospital ship  Kanowna  , sailing 17th September, services being terminated in February, 1920. Hon. Demonstrator in Anatomy. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
