S.C.; former student of Med.; M.R.C.S. and L.R.C.P. London. 1.2.15, A.A.M.C., Capt., attached 6th Fld. Amb.; sailed 4.6.15, served in Gallipoli and Egypt; was invalided home, and died of illness (tropical hepatitis) at Base Hospital, Melbourne, on 1st April 1916.
