S.M. Coll. and Melb. H.S.; held a Government Senior Scholarship; scholar of Trinity; 1st year Med.; rowed in boat.
15.12.17; sailed 7.3.18, Pte. 58th Btn.; casualty in England, and in hospital for a month; to France 10.10.18, Somme.
Invalided to Aust. Hospital, Abbeville, 16.10.18, and died there of broncho-pneumonia on 26th October 1918. He was buried in the Military Cemetery at Abbeville.
