MICKLE, KENNETH AUBREY. 1910.
Queen's Coll., St. Kilda , and Workingmen's Coll.; Government Research Scholar in Metallurgy; Grimwade Prizeman 1912.
Was manager of a mine in Upper Burmah, and went to U.K. in 1915 to offer services; became Capt. R.G.A.; att'd a Highland Div.; commanded 9th Div. T.M.B. at Arras. Awarded D.S.O.; Despatches thrice.
Returned early in 1919, and died at St. Kilda on 30th July, 1919, from the effects of gas received on active service in France.
