B.A. : Lance-Corporal, 30th Battn., A.I.F., France. Enlisting in August, 1915, and sailing in November, served with battn. in Egypt and France till death. Killed in Action, Fleurbaix, 19th July, 1916, and buried in Rue Petillon Military Cemetery, Fleurbaix. Early education at Fort St. High School and later at Camden Theological College to Ordinand's status.  Had he survived, he would have been promoted lieutenant.  He took an active part in the physical, mental, moral and spiritual advancement of his fellow soldiers.  He, being dead, yet speaketh.
