D.S.O., B.V.Sc., M.R.C.V.S. : Lieutenant-Colonel, A.A.V.C., A.I.F., Egypt and France. Enlisting in September, 1914, and sailing 18th December as O.C. 1st Veterinary Section, did hospital duty at Heliopolis until December, 1915, when, moving to Suez Canal-Ismailia, was promoted major and appointed D.A.D.V.S. 5th Australian Division. Crossing to France in June, served throughout 1916-17-18 and during August, 1918 Push was A.D.V.S. Australian Corps and after the Armistice S.V.O., completing demobilisation and disposal of horses and mules. Promoted lieutenant-colonel, 1st May, 1918. Awarded D.S.O. 1st January, 1918, and Mentioned in Despatches four times. Chief Veterinary and Quarantine Officer, N.S.W., 1923-. Early education at The King''s School. Later at Royal Veterinary College, London.
