LL.B. : Lieutenant R.A.F., Egypt. Enlisting 2nd April, 1917, served in 6th A.L.H. Regt. at Menangle Camp till admitted to State Aviation School, Richmond, and upon graduation transferred to R.F.C. Sailing 2nd March, 1918, was sent to Cadet and Aeronautics Schools, Heliopolis, in April and subsequently served at Shaloofa and Suez till injured in crash 19th December, and in consequence invalided to Australia after six months in hospital. Early education at Sydney Technical High School. Later at Hawkesbury Agricultural College.
