B.A., M.D., Ch.M., B.Sc., M.R.C.P., Examiner in Physiology, Demonstrator in Pathology : Lieutenant-Colonel, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England and France. Appointed M.O. Convalescent Depot (No.1 Australian Auxiliary Hospital), Harefield Park, as lieutenant-colonel 14th July, 1915, and served there until 20th January, 1917, when sent to No. 2 Australian General Hospital, Wimereux. Died of Illness, Boulogne, 12th February, 1917, and was buried in Wimereux Communal Cemetery. Member and C.O., S.U. Scouts. Early education at Sydney High School.
